How early do we need to start planning an event?
Depending on the event, we always advise people to start planning as soon as possible. Venues may need to be booked well in advance, as too with reputable suppliers and vendors.
How early should I book your services?
Most events such as birthdays, proposals and showers are booked at least three months in advance. Weddings and holiday parties are usually booked one year in advance. We may be able to accommodate last minute bookings depending on the type of event. We usually will not accept any bookings under fourteen days.
How do I book a date with you?
By emailing, calling or filling out the contact form on our website. We will schedule a free one hour no obligation consultation with you.
Why should someone hire an event coordinator?
To not stress yourself, your family or friends out. To have a peace of mind that everything will run smoothly. To have the time and flexibility to enjoy your day.
How early should couples start to plan their wedding?
Anywhere from 9-12 months prior to the wedding date is a good time to start planning.
Can we hire you as soon as we get engaged or should we wait?
As soon as you get engaged is recommended. Dates are booked well in advance and the sooner we begin planning, the better!
How much do you charge?
Of all the events we have done no two have ever been the same. People have different wants and needs when it comes to planning an event. Pricing depends on many factors, including: guest count, type of function, length of event, range of services needed, location, other services such as floral, lighting, entertainment, rental choices and so on, and of course your budget. We do have packages details available online to give you some idea of what we offer.
What if I don’t want everything listed in a package or want to add something?
We do offer customized packages. We can discuss the number of people, venue location, time required, your budget and the options you prefer in detail and try to work something out.
What areas do you service?
We service Erie and the surrounding area. We can travel for an additional fee.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept cash, cash app, venmo and paypal. Personal checks are only accepted up to two weeks before a scheduled event.
Will you work with vendors we select, or only those you recommend?
We have a great team of preferred vendors that we work with. If there is an item you want to have and use at your event feel free to purchase it. We will include it while doing setup as long as it is delivered to us no later than one week before your event.
Isn’t a coordinator expensive?
A coordinator is worth the cost in exchange for making sure your event is almost perfect. Having one leaves more time for your family and friends to enjoy your event also.
Where does most of your business come from?
Most past clients refer their friends & family to us. In addition we do get many bookings from online advertising and social media.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
We’re aware that sometimes things happen which are outside of your control. We will discuss our policies with you before entering into any contracts.
