Our clients all agree that our event and party services are amazing. Because we strive for one hundred percent customer satisfaction. From the initial consultation we offer planning and design ideas. We can provide customized decorations to coordinate with your theme and color scheme. And on the day of your event we can provide setup, management and clean up services. It is all up to you!
We Offer Three Levels of Service
Our Initial Consultation
This meeting is a limited one-hour appointment and is offered at no cost to you. During this time we will discuss your vision and event requirements. If you are interested in further services a more detailed cost estimate will be provided.
Event Planning
Our event planning services start with taking the time to understand what you really want. Together we can plan an event to remember. So we can help you accomplish all your goals.
The first appointment will be scheduled approximately one week after your booking fee has been in paid in full. We will then begin working out the specific deta
Our event planning services start with taking the time to understand what you really want. Together we can plan an event to remember. So we can help you accomplish all your goals.
The first appointment will be scheduled approximately one week after your booking fee has been in paid in full. We will then begin working out the specific details of your event. At this time you will be asked to sign a contract. A fifty percent down payment is due at this time.
A second appointment is usually scheduled four weeks before your event. Another twenty five percent of your remaining balance will be due at this time.
A third appointment will be scheduled a week before the event. With any remaining balance to be paid in full at this time.
We are always happy to answer any questions you may have. However, any additional appointments you request will be billed at a hourly rate defined in our contract.

Event management can be added to any package and is available for an additional fee. If two of our staff members will remain onsite during your event to help with any issues that may arise.
